Workshop Details:
 

Dates: 

• Learning Management System opens – August 24, 2025

• Tech Check on August 27, 2025 from 8:00pm - 8:30pm ET - Mandatory online meeting for course orientation and technology check. Failure to attend will result in immediate disenrollment from the course.

• Course dates are September 3 – September 17, 2025

Live sessions: 

• Six mandatory live sessions via Zoom, 8:00 pm – 9:30 pm Eastern and 12:00 noon - 3:00 pm Eastern

• Course facilitators will be available for an additional 30-minute optional discussion after class

  • Sunday, August 24 - LMS opens

  • Wednesday, August 27 (60 minutes - 8:00 pm – 9:00pm ET) - Mandatory online meeting for course orientation and technology check. Failure to attend will result in immediate disenrollment from the course.)

  • Wednesday, September 3 (90 minutes - 8:00 pm – 9:30 pm ET)

  • Saturday, September 6 (180 minutes - 12:00 noon - 3:00 pm ET)

  • Wednesday, September 10 (90 minutes - 8:00 pm – 9:30 pm ET)

  • Saturday, September 13 (180 minutes - 12:00 noon - 3:00 pm ET)

  • Wednesday, September 17 (90 minutes - 8:00 pm – 9:30 pm ET)

  • Final Observation assignment due before LMS closes on Wednesday, October 1, 2025

  • Approximately five, 3-hours asynchronous work sessions will be completed through a Learning Management System
